She then made her debut in the Malayalam film industry just recently off-late in the year 2022 with an Indian Malayalam-language Period Drama Action Film named “Pathonpatham Noottandu”. She made her debut in the Telugu film industry with the Telugu-language action film named “Alluri”. Here in this film, she was casted as ‘Sandhya’ in a lead role. Here is a brief elaboration of her few noted films
Kayadu started her career in the Indian cinema with a Kannada-language romantic film named “Mugilpete”. Here in this debut film, she was casted as ‘Apoorva’ in a lead role opposite Manoranjan Ravichandran who was seen as Raja; Tara; Avinash Yelandur; Sadhu Kokila (Sahaya Sheelan Shadrach); Prashanth Siddi; and others.
The movie was directed by Bharat S Navunda and produced by Raksha & Vijay Kumar. The music of this film was composed by V. Sridhar and this Kannada-language film was released officially on November 19th, 2021. This film received some mixed reactions from the critics and the audiences, where a critic wrote in The Times of India that “Should you watch Mugil Pete? If you’re a fan of old school commercial entertainers, then this one might be right up your alley”.
Off-late, she was seen in her debut Malayalam-language Periodic Drama Action Film named “Pathonpatham Noottandu” in a lead role as ‘Nangeli’. Here in this film, Kayadu was casted along with Siju Wilson as Arattupuzha Velayudha Panicker; Anoop Menon as Maharaja of Travancore Ayilyam Thirunal Rama Varma; Deepti Sati as Savithri Thampuratti; Poonam Bajwa as Queen of Travancore Mathruppillil Kalyanikutty Amma; Renu Soundar as Neeli; and others.
The script of the film was written & directed by Vinayan and the movie was produced by Gokulam Gopalan. The films music was composed by Santhosh Narayanan & M. Jayachandran. The movie was released officially just recently in the theatres across India on September 8th, 2022. The films budget was ₹ 25 crores approximately and the movie did a box-office collection of over ₹ 23 crores in 10 days approximately.
She also made her debut in the Telugu film industry, off-late with a Telugu-language action film named “Alluri”. Here in this film, she was casted as ‘Sandhya’ in a lead role along with Madhusudhan Rao; Tanikella Bharani; Sree Vishnu; and others. This film was directed by Pradeep Varma and produced by Bekkem Venu Gopal; Nagarjuna Vadde; and Bekkem Babita. The movie was released officially just recently in the theatres across India on September 23rd, 2022.

Even though she has been a part of the South Indian cinema, Kayadu was always close to the famous Marathi Film Industry and Theatre. Talking about her Maharashtrian connect to The Times of India, Kayadu said in an interview,….
“I have grown up in Pune and have a lot of Maharashtrian friends. So, doing a Marathi film was always on the table. I am a part of filmmaker Nitin Khar’s film, temporarily titled I Prem You. As I was keen on just acting, I attended few of theatre workshops as well to understand the depth of various forms of the field and that was mostly in Marathi. So my base was Marathi language when I started out. So there was nothing I could say no to a Marathi film coming my way”.
Here in this temporarily titled Marathi movie “I Prem You”, which is currently in the post-production stage, she will be seen opposite actor Abhijeet Amkar in a lead role.
